Our Services

Total Care Pest Control provides pest inspection, treatment and prevention services to residential and commercial properties in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. The specific scope of work for each job will be confirmed with you at the time of booking or in your quote.

Quotes & Bookings

• Quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied and may be adjusted following an on-site inspection.
• Bookings are confirmed once a suitable time has been agreed between you and our team.
• Access to the property, including relevant areas such as roof voids, subfloors and yards, must be made available on the day of service.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods outlined at the time of booking or on your invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may incur additional administration or recovery costs.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a call-out fee.

Warranties

Where a warranty or follow-up service is included with a treatment, the terms of that warranty will be provided at the time of service. Warranties do not cover new pest activity resulting from changed conditions at the property, such as structural changes, moisture issues or a lapse in ongoing prevention measures.

Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, pest control outcomes can be affected by factors outside our control, such as the extent of an existing infestation, property conditions and surrounding environment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the re-performance of the relevant service or a refund of the amount paid for that service.
